KABAI Carbon Fiber (“we”, “us”) operates the website at kabaicarbonfiber.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we handle it.

We use information to respond to enquiries and RFQs and to understand website traffic and performance. We do not sell your personal information.

When you request a quote, we may collect the contact and project information you provide, including your name, company, country or region, email address, telephone or messaging details, product requirements, quantities, materials, dimensions, and messages. If you use the drawing-upload option, we also collect the CAD files, technical drawings, product files, and reference images that you choose to upload. If you use the email option instead, we receive the information and attachments you send through your email provider.

The production website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare injects a Web Analytics beacon into production pages to provide aggregate website traffic and performance information.

KABAI uses a limited, first-party, cookieless measurement system to understand how visitors use selected website inquiry buttons. This measurement records limited interaction information, such as the page, CTA identifier, destination, public product context, and broad viewport category. The CTA analytics dataset is not intended to store contact details, RFQ content, uploaded drawing information, persistent visitor IDs, or advertising identifiers. Cloudflare provides the infrastructure used to process and store this measurement data. Analytics Engine data is retained for three months under Cloudflare’s current service limits.

We use RFQ information and uploaded files only to review your request, evaluate manufacturability, communicate with you, prepare a quotation, coordinate relevant manufacturing review, and protect the RFQ service from fraud or abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics information to understand website traffic and performance.

We do not sell your personal information. Access to uploaded files is restricted to authorized personnel who need the information for quotation and project review. Where necessary for that purpose, relevant files or project information may be accessed by authorized manufacturing or quotation partners involved in evaluating the requested work.

We use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, private storage, security, and abuse prevention, and Resend for transactional RFQ notification emails.

Files submitted through the RFQ upload option are stored in private cloud storage with restricted access. They are not intentionally published or made available through permanent public file URLs. Uploaded files in the RFQ storage area are scheduled for automatic deletion after 90 days by default.

If a quotation becomes an active project or order, information still required for that work may be moved to an approved project record and retained as needed for the project or applicable legal and contractual requirements. Files sent through the separate email option are handled through the relevant email services and may follow a different retention process.

We use access controls, private storage, randomized object identifiers, abuse protection, and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect uploaded RFQ files. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim zero risk or end-to-end encryption for the RFQ upload service.

Please upload only files and information that you are authorized to share. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of RFQ information, contact us at sales@kabaicarbonfiber.com and include the RFQ ID where available. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. A deletion request may be limited where retention is required for an active project, contract, legal obligation, dispute, fraud prevention, or security purpose.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
